How can I request a refund?

We are sorry to see that you are desiring to request a refund. Are you desiring to receive a refund do to issues with the VyprVPN service? As we want to make sure VyprVPN meets your needs and see you enjoy its many benefits, we ask that you contact our Support Team to give us the opportunity to assist you in troubleshooting any issues you may be experiencing, as well as answering any questions you may have. In addition to our Support Team’s assistance, we offer troubleshooting guides within our Help Center.

To request a refund, you will need to contact our Support Team via email or live chat. Please note that we do not guarantee a refund will be granted except for eligible accounts that are within the first 30 days of service as per our 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee. Refund requests outside of the 30 Day Money-Back Guarantee will be considered on a case-by-case basis by our Support Team. Please note that as per our Terms of Service, “No refunds will be considered for accounts deleted for violation of our Terms of Service.”

If requesting a refund for a payment made with Paypal, please note that requesting a refund through Paypal, or initiating the dispute process within Paypal, will cause unnecessary delays with us processing your refund request.

Additionally, note that we are not able to issue any refund for payments made via Apple. If you made your purchase of VyprVPN through your Apple iTunes account and wish to receive a refund, you will need to contact Apple directly.
