If you are unable to log into the VyprVPN application, but you have verified that you are able to log in with the same credentials on our website, this is most likely due to the casing in your username. Usernames are case-sensitive when logging into the VyprVPN app, creating a manual connection, or requesting a password reset. Your username must be typed in the same casing used at the time of registration.
If you would like to change the casing in your login username, you can always visit the "Account" tab of your Golden Frog control panel and click "change" next to the "Email Address" field.
If you previously had a VyprVPN Free Account, you will experience similar behavior and need to upgrade your account in order to log in to the VyprVPN app.
Occasionally this may be an issue with your network's latency as well. We recommend that you attempt a manual connection , connect using the manual connection, then log in and connect on the VyprVPN application. Once connected to the VyprVPN application, please disconnect from the manual connection and enjoy the app!
