I did not receive the confirmation e-mail

When you sign up for a new Golden Frog account, you will be automatically sent an e-mail titled "Golden Frog Account Confirmation" that will contain a URL link to confirm your account. You will not be able to use VyprVPN or other Golden Frog products until your account has been confirmed.

If you did not receive the confirmation e-mail automatically in a timely manner, please check your spam/junk folders. You can have it re-sent by logging into your account at https://www.goldenfrog.website/login and clicking the "Re-send" button in the unconfirmed prompt at the top of the control panel. If you still have issues receiving it, add support@goldenfrog.com to your address book and attempt re-sending.



If you created a VyprVPN account through the desktop or mobile applications, you will also be given the option to re-send the confirmation e-mail through in-app prompt.
